Planning your newborn session is simple. Most newborn sessions take place in your home where you feel comfortable and at ease, those studio is also an option. I will bring everything needed for your baby from swaddles to bonnets, as well as include any outfits you provide.

I recommend reaching out to me as soon as possible to save your date. I only take a few newborn and membership members each month.
When is the best time to photograph my newborn?
Not a problem! We all know babies make their own schedule, this is why I take a limited amount of newborns each month. This allows flexibility in my schedule to move your session date as needed.
What happens if my baby arrives earlier/later?
Yes! My newborn photography sessions are also family sessions. We will create solo photos of baby, as well as images of baby with siblings, siblings alone, mom and dad with baby, mom with baby, dad with baby, your pet with baby if you’d like - all the combinations!
Do newborn sessions include the whole family?
I have a client wardrobe full of beautiful dresses for mom and pieces for the kids and dad. I'll help style you from head to toe. You will also receive a style guide after booking that includes all my tips and tricks to a perfectly styled session.
What should we wear for our family session?
Newborn sessions are completely led by baby. We will take breaks for you to nurse/feed and to change your baby as needed. Nashville newborn photography sessions usually last 2 hours, this gives us plenty of time without feeling rushed.
What if my baby needs to feed during the session?
My photography style is aimed at capturing you in your natural element capturing authentic moments, which means lots of snuggles and play! I'm also a mom of 4, I know how to get those genuine smiles and laughter!
